Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working at the intersection of design, technology, and innovation — bringing ideas to life across industries, teams, and cultures. From shaping iconic consumer products to building innovation ecosystems and launching ventures within large organizations, my work has always been guided by a deep curiosity and a belief in human ingenuity and purposeful design.
I invite you to explore, reflect, and reach out if something resonates.
My Portfolio
This portfolio offers a glimpse into some of the journeys I’ve been part of — the products, programs, and experiments that pushed boundaries, sparked change, or simply made someone’s life a little better.
Management Case Study
The management case study below, originally developed by the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), explores the journey of building Intel China’s GrowthX accelerator — a corporate innovation platform designed to turn engineers into intrapreneurs and ideas into impact. It offers a behind-the-scenes look at how large organizations can foster startup-like agility from within.
The case has since been published by Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review, and is taught at leading business schools including IIMs and others around the world.
Feature in a Book and Academic Article
My work at Intel has also featured as a chapter of a book on corporate innovation named "Gorillas Can Dance". I’m honored that this work continues to spark conversation among future leaders exploring innovation at scale.
Ideas2Reality (I2R) was a precursor to GrowthX. In this article CKGSB, the #2 biz school in China and Jack Ma's alma mater interviews me about how I2R helps helps bring inventions out of the labs by turning them into innovations that customers are willing to pay for.
